A fire at a karaoke bar in South Korea's southeastern port city of Busan killed at least eight people and injured another on Wednesday night, South Korea's Yonhap News Agency reported on Thursday.
According to Yonhap, the fire broke out around 8:45 p.m. (1145 GMT Wednesday) in Namhangdong, Youngdo ward in Busan. Tens of customers escaped from the site.
Local police said they are investigating into the exact cause of the fire and confirming the number of casualties.
