RIO DE JANEIRO, Dec. 1 (Xinhua) -- In what could be his last match with the Flamengo basketball team, Leandro Barbosa led his team to beat an undefeated Bauru 81-66 in the New Brazilian Basketball league on Thursday.
Bauru, Barbosa's former team, suffered its first loss this season while Flamengo improved to four wins and one loss.
Caio Torres scored a game-high 19 points for Flamengo, and Barbosa added 16. Bauru's Fischer also had 19 points.
Barbosa, a key player of the Toronto Raptures in the NBA, is due to return to the Northern American league after the lockout of the 2011-2012 season came to an end.
Barbosa is expected to play his last match with Flamengo on December 3 against Liga Sorocabana.
Elsewhere, Uberlandia beat reigning champion Brasilia 84-73, Pinheiros beat Araraquara 106-83, Sao Jose beat Vila Velha 87-47, Tijuca beat Liga Sorocabana 85-78 and Franca lost to Minas 89-77.
