With his song Gangnam Style going viral across the globe, South Korean rapper Psy has danced his way into the United Nations. Psy met with U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon and discussed how they can work together on global issues. Ban Ki-moon joked that he hoped everyone at the UN could stop tough negotiations and do the horse-riding dance.
The rapper counted the meeting as a highlight of his career. He said it’s even better than being number two on Billboard. Ban Ki-moon’s spokesman says that while the UN chief deals with weighty issues such as the conflict in Syria, he also thinks it important to engage other parts of society.
