The Shock that Came Full Circle

A minister was asked to inform a man with a heart condition that
he had just inherited a million dollars because everyone was
worried that since the man had heart trouble, he might get too
shocked and die.
So the minister said, "OK, no problem!" He then went over to theman’s house, spoke to him gently and finally asked, "John, whatwould you do if you inherited a million dollars?" John responded, "Well, Pastor, I think I would give half of it to
your church." And the minister fell over dead!
始料未及有位牧师受托去通知一位有心脏病的人，说他刚继承了一百万元，
因为大家担心他的心脏承受不了，怕他听了会因震惊过度而死。
牧师说：「好！没问题！」于是他就到那个人家里，语气轻柔地
跟他聊天。最后牧师说：「约翰，要是你继承了一百万元，你会
怎么办？」
约翰回答：「牧师，要是那样的话，我想我会捐一半给你的教会。」
牧师一听，当场昏死过去了！
