give sb. an inch, he/she will take a mile是固定俗语，和中文里的“得寸进尺、蹬鼻子上脸”一个意思；这里后半句的swim all over you是从词组walk all over you来得，walk all over you意为“欺负某人，骑到某人头上”；因为鱼鱼没有腿啊，没办法walk，所以这里就成了swim all over you（鱼儿的语言还真丰富~）
