There are two possible solutions, the first is to speak with the other professor and find a replacement, the second solution is that she can set up the museum exhibition first, and then go to the field trip. I think the second solution is better. because first of all, she gets to do both activities, so she can learn more in the process and gain more experiences. And also, it’d be better if she can keep her promise, because the other professor is counting on her.
