Education is a top priority for every society， and the better theeducational facilities are， the more likely it is that students will succeed.Their success will in turn be of benefit to the society as a whole. Because Isupport investment in education， I would welcome a new high school in mycommunity. Furthermore， I believe a high school would benefit the community inthe following ways.
First， the students who live in my community would no longer have to travelvery far to attend school. This would save them a great deal of time， which theycould then spend studying， relaxing， or helping their families. Second， with aredistribution of students between the school they used to go to and the newhigh school， both schools would be less crowded. This would enable students toreceive more personal attention and a higher quality of education. Third， a highschool can offer many advantages to the community as a whole. Residents may usesome of its facilities， such as the sports ground， or attend concerts and otherevents in the auditorium.
In conclusion， I believe that a new high school would benefit anycommunity. It would help not only the students and their families， but alsoother residents of the neighborhood. Therefore， I would wholeheartedly supportthe building of a new high school in my neighborhood.
