RIO DE JANEIRO, March 14 (Xinhua) -- Brazilian midfielder Jadson has reportedly signed a deal to join Italian Serie A club Udinense.
Brazilian outfit Botafogo this week ended weeks of speculation by accepting Udinese's 2.5 million-euro offer for the 19-year-old, O Globo reported on Thursday.
Jadson completed a medical examination on Thursday and will undergo a physical test on Friday before flying back to Rio de Janeiro.
He will continue playing for Botafogo until the European summer transfer window opens on July 1.
Jadson, a holding midfielder, is a product of Botafogo's youth academy and was a member of Brazil's squad at the South American under-20 championships in Argentina in January.
