MAIMI, Florida, June 7 (Xinhua) -- LeBron James and Dwyane Wade shot long-range three pointers from the middle of the court during the practice on Friday, without any pressure to get some real training after their 92-88 loss to the San Antonio Spurs in the Game 1 of the NBA Finals.

The Miami Heat took one and a half hours to watch the film on Friday morning, the only thing that looked like any worries about the loss in the first game.

"It's not easy for sure," James talked about watching the film. "It's definitely not going to be easy versus this team we're going against now. But we've been able to get better. We've been able to make adjustments going from one game to the next. We kind of bounce back after a loss, no matter if it's on the road or at home. We've been able to bounce back."

James recorded his 10th career postseason triple-double with 18 points, 18 rebounds and 10 assists, all team-highs in the loss.

Tony Parker, however, scored 10 of his 21 points in the fourth quarter, including a 16-foot bank shot with 5.2 seconds left, to ensure the victory for the Spurs.

Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra said, "We already had a long film session. That was painful enough to go back and see all the opportunities when we're up to be able to finish possessions, close it out and close out the game both ends of the court in the last six minutes."

"Our guys want to win and they are competitive type A personalities. But to be able to bounce back from certain situations, you have to have a toughness, you have to have a collective character. We've also been through enough pain collectively that can be motivating," he added.

Wade said, "We looked like a team that came out of a seven-game series in the fourth quarter. We died down a little bit physically and mentally by making mistakes."

"So you have to fight through all that. It's the Finals. There's no other series after this," Wade added.

"We'll figure it out. We're a team that always make the adjustment. I'm not saying it's guaranteed we're going to make the adjustment that's going to win us the game. But I feel we'll play better, expecially when we're in those moments. That's kind of what we pride ourselves on. We'll be bettern in the fourth quarter in Game 2. If we're not, then we're putting ourselves in a big hole."

The Heat will host the Spurs for the Game 2 on Sunday before traveling to San Antonio for the following three games.
