(BEIJING, May 30) -- Zheng Jie persevered to beat 21st-seeded Maria Kirilenko 4-6, 6-3, 6-2, serving six aces and saving 11 out of 15 break points in the Women's Singles, 2nd Round, in the French Open. Zheng has competed with Kirilenko three times before on hard court, with Zheng standing 2-1. This was the first time the two girls competed on clay.With this match, Zheng earned 110 total points, while Kirilenko won 104.
